Welcome to Balanced Life Therapy Center.
At Balanced Life Therapy Center, our approach to therapy is founded in a deeply compassionate and respectful view of our clients, seeing them as uniquely capable of being whom they want to be. Our clinicians are each highly trained in their respective theoretical orientations, and all have the singular intention to support clients in persevering through life’s challenges and moving towards the person they desire to be.
We understand that being human can often feel incredibly challenging, both in navigating our external environment and our internal processes. Whether it be the seemingly never-ending expectations from the world around us or the emotional, spiritual, or mental turmoil from the ways in which we have been conditioned to experience ourselves, life can very easily get out of balance and feel unmanageable. The clinicians who have chosen to be a part of the BLTC team each share a devotion to our mission of ending the emotional, psychological, and relational suffering of each individual, couple, or family who allows us to be a part of their journey. We desire nothing more than to help restore, or discover, the balance you deserve in your life.

Vision Statement

"Balanced Life Therapy Center aspires to be a sanctuary of compassion and wisdom, supporting all those striving to change their lives and resolve the emotional suffering which has been guiding them in thought and deed. It is our aim to elevate each person's ability to live the life they desire."
